1. Prices and Services
Indicative prices of accommodation and any additional services are listed in the hotel’s promotional materials (website, brochures, etc.). However, the price stated on the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the "voucher") is binding for the customer. The scope of contracted services and prices is determined by the breakdown in the voucher. The hotel operator reserves the right to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond their control (e.g., force majeure).
2. Cancellation by the Customer
The customer may cancel the booking at any time before arrival (subject to the cancellation policy agreed to during reservation).
Cancellation must be in written electronic form (email with delivery confirmation) sent to hotel@zelenypotok.cz. The date and time the email is sent determine the cancellation time. For larger groups, individual cancellation fees may apply.
The hotel will not charge cancellation fees if the customer is unable to use the agreed services due to the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a family member, serious illness, conscription order, natural disaster. These circumstances must be substantiated by a written document submitted to the hotel no later than 3 days after their occurrence.
3. Confirmation of Legal Age for Website Visitors
In the case of purchasing or using the hotel’s supplementary services (e.g., consumption of alcoholic beverages from the room minibar), the consumer must prove they are of legal age, e.g., by showing an ID card or driver’s license. This information is considered sensitive data and is subject to GDPR (see point 6).
4. Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Payment (GoPay s.r.o. Payment Gateway)
These terms define the rules for booking accommodation and services at Hotel Zelený Potok - Pec pod Sněžkou, operated by Hotel Service Plus s.r.o. (Company ID 259 19 318), through the online booking system and GoPay payment gateway. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
4a. Accommodation Booking
Guests may book accommodation and supplementary services via the online booking system on the hotel’s official website. After booking, the guest will receive an email confirmation with details of the selected service, stay date, and price. Guests are required to check the accuracy of the information in the confirmation and contact the hotel reception immediately in case of any discrepancies.
4b. Payment Terms
Payments for bookings are made in advance via the GoPay payment gateway, which ensures secure and encrypted processing. Upon successful payment, the guest will receive a confirmation email. If payment fails, the booking will not be completed, and the guest will be informed that they must repeat the booking or contact the reception.
We accept payments in CZK and EUR (incl. VAT at 12/21% or payments exempt from VAT under the law, e.g., city fees). We support standard payment cards and other payment methods supported by GoPay (according to GoPay’s terms and conditions).
4c. Cancellation Policy and Reservation Changes
Cancellations or changes to bookings are subject to the following conditions (see the cancellation policy for the reservation).
No-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation): 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
To change the booking date or other details, contact the hotel reception at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
4d. Service Complaints
If the guest is dissatisfied with the provided services, they may file a complaint directly at the hotel reception or via email at the hotel’s official address (hotel@zelenypotok.cz) or by phone at +420 778 006 010 (hotel reception).
Complaints will be handled individually in accordance with Czech legislation.
4e. Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter GDPR)
All personal data provided by the guest during booking is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation. The data is used solely for the purpose of booking and payment processing.
4f. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are an integral part of every reservation made through the online booking system.
Hotel Service Plus s.r.o. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version is always published on the hotel’s official website.

5. Validity
These general and cancellation terms are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher. The client (guest) agrees to the terms and conditions upon making the reservation.

All personal data provided by the guest during booking is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The data is used exclusively for ensuring the reservation and processing payments.
